How beautiful on the mountains are the feet of the messenger who brings good news, the good news of peace and salvation, the news that the God of Israel reigns! Isaiah 52:7 NLT
With just two days left before Christmas, and the frenzy having begun weeks ago, peace may seem impossible.
But God. This is the entire reason for the season. The reason that God sent The Prince Of Peace on His rescue mission. Through Him we can experience the supernatural peace that surpasses all understanding.
It’s unfathomable to think that a baby born in a stable in Bethlehem will bring true justice and peace to all the nations of the world. But we know this to be so. Let us, then, answer His call to be emissaries of peace in our daily lives, at home, at church, and in our work. Even so, come Lord Jesus.
The Prince of Peace has spoken: “Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Let not your heart be troubled or fearful.” John 14:27
Peace on earth and goodwill among all mankind.
