It’s Time To Get Serious: The Faithful Servant

Who then is the faithful and wise servant, whom the master has put in charge of the servants in his household to give them their food at the proper time? It will be good for that servant whose master finds him doing so when he returns. Jesus, 32 AD, Matthew 24:45-46 NIV

Also Jesus: “As long as it is day, we must do the work of him who sent me. Night is coming, when no one can work” John 9:4 GNT.

Night is upon us. There is no room for casual Christians in the service of the Kingdom.

In the Old Testament, God whittled down Gideon’s army from thirty-two thousand men to three hundred by cutting out those who did not take service to Him more seriously than anything else.

Would you make the cut in God’s army today? It’s time to get serious.
